Welcome to ASC Portal. This portal is operated for ASC internal business use. By accessing or using ASC Portal, you agree to these terms and to the associated privacy practices described in the Privacy Policy.

1. Scope of the Service

ASC Portal provides role-based access to internal business features, which may include account management, task management, site and project records, assignments, timesheet entry and approvals, reporting, logbook functions, team support, notifications, and administrative tooling such as backup workflows.

2. Accounts, Authentication, and Security

Users may authenticate with email/password credentials or supported third-party identity providers such as Google. Some security flows may also require email verification or an email one-time passcode. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity performed through your account.

You must promptly report any suspected unauthorised access, credential exposure, or device/session misuse to the system administrator.

3. Acceptable Use

The portal must be used only for legitimate business purposes. Users must not:

  • access or export data without authorisation
  • share credentials or bypass role-based restrictions
  • upload malicious, unlawful, or irrelevant files or content
  • interfere with security, notifications, sessions, or service availability
  • use the platform for unlawful, deceptive, or non-business purposes

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

4. User Data and Uploads

You are responsible for ensuring that the information, notes, attachments, addresses, reports, and other content you enter into ASC Portal are accurate, work-related, and lawful to use. Content uploaded to the system may be visible to authorised users and may be included in reports, exports, notifications, or backups where that is part of the feature workflow.

5. Service Availability and Changes

Access to ASC Portal may be changed, restricted, or suspended as needed for maintenance, security, operational, or administrative reasons.

Features, workflows, integrations, and access permissions may be added, changed, or removed over time as the system evolves.

6. Administrative Oversight

ASC Portal may record audit, notification, session, and backup activity for operational and security purposes. Authorised administrators may manage accounts, permissions, sessions, integrations, backup templates, automation, and related history as part of operating the service.

7. Privacy

Your use of ASC Portal is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how account data, operational records, uploads, notifications, backups, and external integrations are handled.

ASC Group reserves the right to update these terms when necessary. Updates will be reflected on this page.
